In 1984, Fred Miller and Andy Miracle formed
a partnership dedicated to directing their rich organizational,
research and marketing talents to corporate and institutional
clientele. Today, The Chatham Group, Inc. includes a spectrum
of specialized professionals focused on delivering practical
yet innovative solutions to tough issues.
Frederick T. Miller
President
Fred Miller contributes more than three
decades of experience as a senior executive and consultant.
As president of The Chatham Group, Mr. Miller has helped
scores of organizations working around the world to position
themselves for the future. He is well known for his ability
to help companies and organizations see themselves and their
markets in innovative ways and to bridge the challenges and
conflicts of today's business environments. In addition to
consulting and policy work, Mr. Miller is a frequent keynoter,
speaker, and workshop presenter. As a Senior Fellow of the
Lincoln Filene Center at Tufts University, he addresses public
policy issues and coordinates with scholars and researchers
to bridge the practical necessities of daily operation with
the challenges of emerging knowledge. Mr. Miller completed
his undergraduate work at Indiana University and his Masters
at New York University.
Andrew W. Miracle
Vice President and Director of Research
Professor Miracle brings his exceptional
research skills and his expertise in applied anthropology
to The Chatham Group, Inc. He holds a Ph.D. in anthropology
and an M.A. in Latin American studies from the University
of Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton
University. Dr. Miracle is nationally recognized as the author
of numerous books and articles. His extensive ethnography
and survey research skills have won him over a dozen research
grants. He is particularly knowledgeable about the Baby Boom
and Boomlet, the market implications of American diversity,
and the dynamics of building or changing organizational culture.

research savvy.
